They're probably going to make an update this week.

hold your mouse on the feet for red heart, boobs for blue heart then drag the mouse and select the pp and click on the cum button on the right. 

yeah got the same bug, i don't know what happened but after restarting the game like 5 times and clicking everywhere it finally worked.

edit : turns out you just gotta drag your mouse on the boobs/feet just like in the first h-scene, you then select the phallus and click on the cum button.
